Who's Behind This
Andy Hudson spent 12 years at John Hancock working in sales, consulting, and advisor development — including deep work with TPAs as the marketplace shifted. He saw firsthand which advisors were building durable, growing practices and which ones were grinding without a system.
In 2017, he and Chris Barlow — author of 401(k) Sales Champion — started coaching established advisors one-on-one. Not advisors learning the business. Advisors already doing $1M+ who knew how to sell but couldn't figure out why their COI relationships weren't producing at the level they should.
The P3 Operating System came out of watching what actually worked across those engagements — what moved the needle and what didn't.
